Become an Advocate of Ectopic Pregnancy Foundation

Ectopic Pregnancy Foundation needs your help.  By becoming an Advocate of Ectopic Pregnancy Foundation you are helping yourself as well as other women.  The annual Advocate dues will be used for many things, primarily for printing and postage costs.
 
With your Level I Advocacy you will receive:
  1. Window decals.
  2. Ectopic Pregnancy Foundation cards to pass on.
  3. New Advocate Packet.
  4. More will be added in the future.
With your Level II Advocacy you will receive:
  1. Everything from Level I.
  2. Plus, free website space/hosting for your Family Friendly/Safe Website (We only require that you put a link from your site to the Ectopic Pregnancy Foundation website) (You must purchase or own your domain name, we will help you if needed).
 

I would like to become a Level I Advocate for Ectopic Pregnancy Foundation
 

Annual Dues  $35.00    

 

I would like to become a Level II Advocate for Ectopic Pregnancy Foundation

Annual Dues  $65.00

After we receive your Advocacy confirmation you will be contacted to set up your email account and your baby's information for Level I Advocates and your website space/hosting account for Level II Advocates.  Your new Advocate Packet will be mailed to you.
