It depends on your age. I am 38, just had my second ruptured ectopic and emergency surgery and, consequently, my tube was removed. My doc (supposedly the best in Westchester, NY) said I should try to conceive naturally 6 months before seeing an infertility specialist. I think that is way too long to wait for someone in my age group, history, etc. Hang in there and know that you are not alone. Smile
